Order Confirmation:
Thank you for placing your order with us! Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This email serves as confirmation that we have received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase amount. Rest assured, your order is in our system, and we're working diligently to get it processed.
Order Processing:
Once we have your order, we promptly contact our suppliers to confirm the availability of the items for immediate shipment. If, for any reason, the item you ordered is on backorder or unavailable, we will promptly inform you via e-mail. In such cases, we will void the pre-authorization on your credit card, ensuring you are not charged for unavailable items.
Order Shipment:
If your items are in stock and ready for shipment within five business days from the date of your order, we will process the charges and prepare your order for shipping. You can expect to receive an e-mail with tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. Please make sure to provide a valid e-mail address during checkout.
If, for any reason, you don't receive tracking information within six business days of your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at orders@bbqsizzle.com. Our team will gladly assist you.
Damages:
Your satisfaction and the safe delivery of your items are important to us. When your order arrives, please carefully inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If you notice any damage to the package, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. In the unfortunate event that your items do arrive damaged, kindly take photos and promptly send them to returns@bbqsizzle.com. This will enable us to process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
While we strive to fulfill orders as smoothly as possible, we understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to cancel your order after 48 hours from the time of purchase, a $20 administration fee will apply, regardless of whether your order has shipped or not. If your order has already been shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the actual return shipping charges.
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used during the order placement process.
